I took an interest to this 2 part video mainly because my addiction is in similarity to the basis of what you went through. I really found your advice helpful, and am trying to get that momentum I need to be the person I want to be. My addiction was to the Internet. Odd addiction, but I feel like it is a rising problem amongst teenagers and young adults alike. I spend hours online, games whatnot, and sleep all through the day…it’s stressful because I have things that need to be done: deadlines
