How can I change my bad attitude and bad habbits?


Firstly…Be kind to yourself first. You’re sounding very down on yourself and maybe You just have to be a little more accepting of "bad habits".
Attitude has a great deal to do with how you perceive the world and other humans…Fundamentally good !
Just how to turn negatives into positives is a life long challenge…Maybe the greatest.

  2. Admitting you have a problem is the first step to "recovery."

    Assess what you think your problems are. What do you need to work on? Does your "bad attitude" only affect certain situations? Try to narrow down what the specific issues are, then come up with solutions on how to change that to something positive.

    If you know what the "bad habits" are, then either stop doing them or change them to something that isn’t "bad."

    Resolve to work on your problems to change how you act. Make a plan and stick with it.

  3. They say ( I don’t know who said it ) that it takes three weeks to make or break a habit. replace bad habit for good habit for that time and see if it sticks
